In einer Welt, die sich rasend schell dreht und die uns immer schneller mehr und mehr abverlangt, können wir manchmal kaum noch Schritt halten. Hohe Anforderungen an unsere verschiedenen Rollen als Berufstätige, Mütter und Väter, Ehegatten, Studierende etc. führen leicht zu Überforderungen, sollen wir doch in allen Bereichen brillieren. Der ein oder andere steht sogar schon kurz vor einem Burnout.
Umso wichtiger ist es, uns Oasen der Ruhe zu schaffen, der Stille erlauben, Körper, Geist und Seele zu entspannen, einfach mal nichts tun, einfach nur SEIN.
Denn wenn wir dies nicht tun und uns nicht mal erlauben, zur Ruhe zu kommen, werden wir krank, nämlich auch an Körper, Geist und Seele. Aus der Ruhe heraus können wir dann wieder aktiv werden und uns energiegeladen unseren Zielen und Aufgaben widmen.
Um sich diese Oasen zu schaffen, müssen wir vielleicht bewusst Termine mit uns selbst machen, die wir dann genauso konsequent einhalten, wie den Elternsprechtag oder den Besuch beim Arzt! So lernen wir, für uns selbst wichtig zu sein. Es geht hierbei um Selbstliebe und die Wertschätzung uns gegenüber!
